How are seats assigned?

Seated tickets are assigned automatically within your chosen category. Seats together are guaranteed for the same order and category. Standing and general admission tickets do not correspond to numbered seats.

When will I receive my tickets?

Your order confirmation is sent after payment is confirmed. Your tickets are then emailed one day before the event. Check your spam folder too, and contact us with your order reference if needed.

What does the displayed price include?

Each category shows its price and currency. Your selection displays the quantity and total. For passes and packages, check the dates and category: not every ticket covers every day.

What if my payment is not confirmed?

Do not treat the order as confirmed until payment is confirmed. If the result is unclear or a charge appears without a confirmation, contact us before trying again.

What happens if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?

Read the terms of sale and contact us with your order reference. We will explain the procedure applicable to your event.
